I have a love-hate relationship with the looks of it.

So, today was kinda the same. Unproductive. My mom kept going for naps, as my dad was feeling under the weather. I decided to take a walk.

By the time I was walking through the campsight, the rain poured hard, that when I arrived back home, I was soaked head to toe. (Heck! I could've washed my hair in that rain!)

Maybe it's just me, but I found the beach pretty looking. It wasn't blueish green, with the sun reflecting off of it, but it was grey, restless but gentle waves coming in and out. Geese bobbing around like bobs in the deepest part of the water.

I'm strange that way.

This did NOT go out as I hoped it would, but I continued working with it anyway, after I had MANY thoughts of discarding it.

But thats normal, if I have an idea, and I begin to draw it out, it turns out COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what I had in mind.

So, today was pretty fun, I geeked it up with Katie, Drey and Mooker today. Drey and I were kicking butt when we started, but then we slowly started to get bad as the game progressed. I'm definitly surprised that we won. Thats just how awesome we are.

After I came back, True Blood came on, and my mom is in love with it. My dad hates it, but he enjoys it a little. Only THREE MONTHS till ONE episode of the new season comes out. I'm currently watching Freddy VS Jason with my mom... And so far, it isn't turning out as I expected. I kinda expected there to be like... a fighting rink... And them facing off in an epic battle. Maybe that comes later?

Anyway, I dunno what else to chatter about.

Doodle Dump.

Viewer Discretion is advised.All of these were done yesterday, after I found an ink pen that Katie had gotten me for Christmas. Once I cracked open the lid, I was flying with it. Not literately flying, but you catch my drift.

I attempted to draw Ariel twice, and it didn't turn out very well. Nothing left to say, for this one.

This one will be re-scanned and coloured, I probably won't do it tonight. My laptop hasn't been connecting with the internet lately, so yeah.

Anyway, you know those dreams that feel real, but then you wake up and it NEVER happened? I had one of those... I drew an awesome picture for Katie, that even I was proud of it. Unfortunatly, I woke up, and yeah.

I hadn't posted anything up in a while, and I've tried to wip something out from SAI or something old from my folders, but nothing, notta.

So in other news, I woke up at 10 this morning, and saw a million messages from Chrissy. At first, I was worried that something might have been wrong, and I flew out of bed and called her downstairs.

Turns out, nothing was wrong, so everythings good!

I think this was inspired yesterday, when I popped by at Katie's yesterday. So really, this picture is for her, because it was kinda inspired from her. :)

Drawn on Ms Paint on the computer. (I was scanning some last minute thing, and my scanner was taking forever.)

Oldies

I did this WAAAY back in September on my laptop. She was suppose to be a water type person... In an rp that I never got around to. I can't remember what I called her either.

I DO have new stuff laying around, like new comic strips, and pages, and more fanart for Kate but I'm just too lazy to scan as of this very moment. I usually draw as much as I can, outline and color in one day, and that has never happened since I joined blog. So if I don't upload anything in a couple of days (or especially something new), thats probably because I gave myself an artblock. 8D I'm fantastic for that!

I'll get off my lazy duff and scan stuff.... Eventually. :>

Woke up at around 7 today to help my mom with the groceries. I had only 3 or 4 hours of a broken sleep. Just a little while ago, I was so sluggish feeling, that even my thoughts were mumbling.

Anyway, I had watched an old movie I loved to death when I was 4-5 years old, and that would be The Swan Princess. Even though The Lion King was my top favorite of all time, Swan Princess was my second favorite. (..I think. Along with Thumbelina and a few others.)

When I watched it recently, I couldn't remember much of it at all, besides Princess Odette turning into a swan by the moon, so it was like watching it for the first time all over again.

I remember my very first impression on it though, besides my young naivety, I never understood anything of what they said or sung, I mean, I was a little girl, so my main focus was that there was a princess, it was magical, and that there was going to be a happily ever after. I kinda don't know what my view on it now, besides that it was cheesy like any old childhood movie. But I know I don't hate it... The two sequals however...

I remembered loving them when I was little...

I think I'm done my little rant for the day, I think. It's only noon at the moment... So who knows, maybe I might clean up my closet and walk into Narnia. I actually wouldn't be surprised....

Titleless

I wonder if it's alright to post two blogs a day?(Since I posted one on midnight....Oh well!) I was going to post these comic strips up once a week, but so far, I got nothing new. I didn't plan these, but they popped in my head like popcorn. "Adventure" took place maybe... a month ago? Chrissy and I walked all the way from the house, to town... And that was ONE LONG WALK. Very nice though, it was soothing, but it was a pain in the ass to have cars blind you every 5 minutes when the sun is down.



This took place, perhapes maybe two years ago? In the pool of Katie's home. Becky had this under water camera, and we obiviously took pictures. I had a teeny problem though. My butt floats, so I couldn't stay down without having Katie or Becky hold me down with their hands and/or feet. I need like... Weights in the back pocket of my shorts to stay down.

I didn't drown.... It kinda looks like that, BUT, my bottom won't let me drown, so don't worry.

I hope this makes sense.... But yeah, I've had my friends Chrissy, and Kat tell me I should write a comic about good times with friends, and I think I'll actually take the suggestion. I thought it would be cool if I'd re-draw some of those moments for everyone else to enjoy.
I'll also post some of... my own "adventures" since they're usually... kinda...

This is... Um... I don't know how to explain it, but this was to make fun of my artblock that I kinda have as of late, and to kind of poke fun of my funny, yet creepy childhood. I'd explain more, but it's a tad embarrassing, anywho--

I found this notebook in the bathroom shelves, where all the towels are... I dunno how it got there, since I assumed I got rid of it a long time ago, but it was when my old neigbor Doris lived beside us, and she had gotten me a little notebook when I was around... Seven? And I wrote these god aweful stories. They made no sense, at all, and the names were funny... at first.... Then it slowly sunk into my head, and just creeped me the hell out.

I tried to make a muscly, but not too bulky man. Didn't... really turn out very well. I'm too use to drawing my characters pretty lean. His head is kinda too small looking... but I blame his pony-tail.

The tatoos are kinda... cheesy/stupid looking, but he looked too plain without them. So... WALLAH.

Don't get me started on the hand, just as I got to that part on him, I gave up. I just wanted to get it done. I was too busy shading his hair, and pecks.

So yeah, not much to say.

Anyway, on the side note. I had rice krispies.... They didn't snap crackle and pop! They just floated there.... And tasted good.

Well... I HAD an idea, and half way into it, I forgot and just fooled around with SAI. By the time I snapped out of it, there were very little layers (and I love making layers) and certain parts of Lena were mixed up. (Example: face was in a coloring layer)

The shadowed figure is Shrimp.. I dunno why he's shadowed... He looks either dead, or evil...

Today's been kinda a meh day, but I got some doodles I can upload. They're somewhat pathetic, but oh well.

I was slightly productive though. I worked on my shop that Katie wanted me to work on. (Or something.) Still a little more to do, but, it's better than nothing.

I took a walk with Haylee earlier, and met Myka. He has sweaty hands too! Katie! We're not alone in the universe! =D

We had some Jones, (pop) and apparently, "I helped save a childs eyesight." I'm confused, yet happy that I apparently saved a childs eyesight.
