No comment for the last two.... My drawing technique wondered far away from what I had imagined. And you know what I said about not seeing any beings on my blog for a while? You'll see 'em... Just hopefully in small portions, since I'm still trying to practice other stuff. 

Uhhh.....?

I think this maybe took me an hour? I found it as a rough, along with little leaves around it, so I decided to change it a lot. I altered the colours, (it was pink at first) and then darkened the colours, and blured parts, then eventually went to piknik and then used photoshop.

It's suppose to be a flower in water, just in case there are those who are wondering what the fudge it is, haha. Anyways, I may put up some more, but it depends.

200th Post!

For some reason, I feel like I've typed 200th post in the title before, either it's deja-vu or something, I don't know. So, I did as much as I could with this picture. It was finished a couple days ago maybe, but I wanted to make it less plain. 

I also wanted add a lot more for this post, but I definitely don't feel up to it right now. 

Anyways, I seem to have caught a flu bug, and have been pretty lame for the past two days, haha.

This was one of the little doodles I did for the sketch dump this month, so it's not new. I tried a new way to colour, photoshoped, then changed the colours on picnik.

I feel like there won't be much for the March doodle dump, but I'm thinking too much ahead.

 My blog has been frustrating me lately, haha. 

Whenever I find a good template, it always does something funky to my page. So, I have decided (once again) that I'll stick to the default(?) design. Even though it looks somewhat plain and boring.

This was a really messy sketch I did, but I cleaned it up. I wasn't going to colour it, (along with other doodles I have, dusting away in my folders) but I did anyway. I tried a new way of colouring it too, but it didn't turn out very well at first, it kinda looked... dirty? The colouring was greyish kind. Anywho, I then uploaded this to photoshop. The only thing I've coloured in this picture is the hair, skin, and the black top that the middle character is wearing. Then I edited it with Picnik, altered the colours, and blurred out the blond weirdo in the back, to make him look like he was someways in the distance.

Anyway, I've been thinking about uploading something to bring the X-mas spirit around, but I'm obviously still living in the summer, despite all this wheather going around here.

I was going to wait, until the 31st to post this, but I decided, that for the time being, till the end of the month, my drawings will be Halloween/"Scary" themed! Leave comments, and suggestions, if you'd like! I'd be happy to hear them!

Well, my art block lifted a little... like... A day after I posted my previous post. Just as I get ready to scan, I realize my usb is no where in sight. DAMN YOU ORGANIZATION SKILLS. And as my dad had countlessly said, over the years since my childhood, "One Spot, one place."

...To think he'd finally give up after all these years. I'm never gunna listen.  Cuz it ain't getting through.

I spy with my lil eye..

I've been on a drawing spree since yesterday, but I have no access to my scanner. I tried using my camera, that I got a while ago, but I have a problem with my shadow. I kinda think this drawing spree is a lot different than my normal ones. Usually when my pencil starts flying, the paper does too, but I've been staying focussed on one drawing, then moving on to the next, taking my sweet lil time.

I feel somewhat bothered that I haven't been updating, as freqently as I had hoped for. So much for Birthday Revolutions eh? But anyway, aside from drawing almost everyday as my revolution, having fun as I enjoy my summer has been part of it, and I've been keeping my part on that.

Speaking of summer, I'm already seeing back to school commercials/advertisments. I remember when I was going to highschool, seeing those commercials would just make me scrunch my nose... Now I'm hugging the television screen, going, "I misss youuuu"

... That is not true....For the most part. Hurr hurr~

Been studying

--And hanging out with friends. I also was really ill feeling today, nothing but dizzy spells, and nausia. I felt so weak. Going up and down the stairs just made me feel like falling over, but now I'm feeling a lot better. Still dizzy, but my energy is coming back.

This is all for now. Just thought I'd show some new drawings. (The one above isn't new, but I coloured it.)

Lady of The Lagoon

Whenever I think/see/read/hear the word lagoon, I always think of that movie, where these two kids, (little boy, and girl) get stranded on that Island. They grow up, learn ways of the jungle, make some behbehs, and then go off to catch up with a boat, or escape because of some cannabils that are inhabiting there. Its been A LONG time since I've seen it, I was probably 12 or something.

Anyway, I drew this girl out, watercoloured, scanned, picniked to alter the colours a bit, photoshoped, and picniked it again. I'm surprised I haven't used SAI for a while! I miss it.. <3
