UUUUGhffff

Well, my art block lifted a little... like... A day after I posted my previous post. Just as I get ready to scan, I realize my usb is no where in sight. DAMN YOU ORGANIZATION SKILLS. And as my dad had countlessly said, over the years since my childhood, "One Spot, one place."

...To think he'd finally give up after all these years. I'm never gunna listen.  Cuz it ain't getting through.

This is probably a couple days. or week old, but I was finally able to scan something! I was going to outline/colour it, but I'm really lazy at the moment.

I attempted to practice body shape, and aging looks, including full bodies. I hate drawing hands, feet, and ears! Definitly something I need to practice.

Bloop

I drew over everyone for safety reasons, and that others may not like their appearance. Especially mine, thus I drew over them. I made everyone look like doofuses.

Yesterday was the swimming picnic that my friend Dini and I had planned well on ahead, and I'd say it turned out good. The food was yummy. The lake was... PACKED, but it was still fun. I think all of us are sore, and tired from swimming, I know I am, because when I woke up, I couldn't almost move!

But anywho, I'm calling it a night.

Anyway, earlier today, I was telling my dad how I felt that this has been a nice cool summer so far, and my dad thought I was crazy. I hardly complained about the heat, but now, I just felt like I put my foot in my mouth, because after I said that, the heat hit me. Good. I can't really complain though, since I'll be going for a picnic/swim tomorrow. :D


Enjoy my pose. It's suppose to be a full body practice... And now that I think about it, I've been drawing that pose A LOT lately. Oh well!.

I spy with my lil eye..

I've been on a drawing spree since yesterday, but I have no access to my scanner. I tried using my camera, that I got a while ago, but I have a problem with my shadow. I kinda think this drawing spree is a lot different than my normal ones. Usually when my pencil starts flying, the paper does too, but I've been staying focussed on one drawing, then moving on to the next, taking my sweet lil time.

I feel somewhat bothered that I haven't been updating, as freqently as I had hoped for. So much for Birthday Revolutions eh? But anyway, aside from drawing almost everyday as my revolution, having fun as I enjoy my summer has been part of it, and I've been keeping my part on that.

Speaking of summer, I'm already seeing back to school commercials/advertisments. I remember when I was going to highschool, seeing those commercials would just make me scrunch my nose... Now I'm hugging the television screen, going, "I misss youuuu"

... That is not true....For the most part. Hurr hurr~

Something REALLY quick

This is what I looked like on Monday, when I saw that ugly winter weather. Don't get me wrong, I love the rain, but only when it's in the summer, just when the raindrops are nice and cool, while the temp is warm. Other then that, if it's in the winter, I hate rain.

Anyway, my friends and I prepared a picnik, swimming event, and since the rain kept dumping on us, we had to cancle. Though, Chrissy and I hung out with Dini and her boyfriend, explored the further depths of our island, where... it was nice and SUNNY. We were able to see that ugly rain cloud, looming over our home towns sky.

I'd ramble more, (and have a better picture, that didn't take me 5 seconds.) but since the sun decided to come back, I'm going to enjoy it, and keep cool.

Being a geek here....

I've been playing Final Fantasy XIII. (Mainly because it's the only ps3 game I have, and that I enjoy playing CERTAIN Final Fantasy franchise.) I've almost finished the game, but I finally decided to doodle my reactions of some characters. (And scenes.)

First off, this guy is not the pope. (He's those bad guys that just doesn't know how to stay dead.) But the moment I saw this character, I actually did have that face expresion thats in the picture above.

That is all for now, I actually have other drawings... that aren't ridiculous as this, but I feel that they're not ready to be uploaded, so I'll probably be tweaking them some more.

Been studying

--And hanging out with friends. I also was really ill feeling today, nothing but dizzy spells, and nausia. I felt so weak. Going up and down the stairs just made me feel like falling over, but now I'm feeling a lot better. Still dizzy, but my energy is coming back.

This is all for now. Just thought I'd show some new drawings. (The one above isn't new, but I coloured it.)
